The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, marketing properties, and facilitating real estate transactions. Daily tasks include meeting and communicating with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, and preparing necessary documents for transactions. The agent will also provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth process for all clients. NOTE : This position requires that you are autonomo and the ability to work independently. The role is fully commission-based, with the opportunity to earn attractive bonuses. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License Experience in Real Estate and Real Property Strong Customer Service and Sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the local real estate market in Marbella is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
