Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mijas, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Real Estate Agent at Selection Med, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties along the Mediterranean coast. Daily tasks include providing personalized customer service, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and staying informed on market trends. You will actively seek and list new properties, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proven Sales and Real Estate expertise with a strong ability to close deals Strong background in Customer Service and handling client relationships Familiarity with Real Property markets, market analysis, and valuation methods Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment Proficiency in technology and digital tools used in real estate marketing is a plus Prior experience with Mediterranean real estate or international clientele is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
