Overview
As Quality Manager in Segovia, you will lead the Quality and Laboratory team to ensure products meet customer specs and standards while steering sustainability initiatives. You will drive continuous improvement across the plant, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to boost quality, environmental impact, and customer satisfaction. You’ll shape talent development and influence strategic decisions as part of the plant leadership. This role offers impact across local operations and global quality objectives, within a dynamic 24/7 production environment.

Requisitos principalesUniversity degree in Science or related fieldExperience in talent development managing teams (>15 people) and strong communication, impact, and influencing skillsSolution-oriented with strategic mindset and results focusHigh level of English (B2/C1)Knowledge of SAP is a plusstrong communicationimpact and influencing abilitiesteam leadershipQuality management systems (ISO, IFS, BRC, OEKO-TEX)Sustainability standards and auditsSAP (plus)
