In this role you lead the Quality Group, aligning global squads to client requirements and Welocalize’s pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and Global Teamwork. You drive OKRs, monitor quality KPIs, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact quality solutions. You shape processes, enable efficiency, and support growth through coaching and strategic leadership. This opportunity lets you influence global quality initiatives and guide teams toward measurable impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Define quarterly Group Quality OKRs aligned with company OKRs• Balance workload and resources across squads and monitor capacity• Support measurement and reporting of OKR progress• Drive adoption of quality initiatives and cross-pollination of processes• Manage performance, coaching, and career development of squad leads• Utilize BI to monitor performance and drive improvements• Oversee quality KPIs, financials, and operational metrics• Collaborate with Sales on RFPs and support new business opportunities• Ensure standardization of global processes and ISO-related activities• Mentor teams in Agile practices and quality governance• Prepare and present quality initiatives to clients as needed• Lead when Leads are unavailable to support squadsResponsabilidades• Collaborative program management experience in a fast-paced client-centric environment (translation/localization preferred)• Proven ability to lead large, diverse, both local and remote teams• Knowledge of language services industry and related tech trends• Strong understanding of quality strategies xcskxlj and process improvement• Success in managing large accounts or programs• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation• Ability to innovate and question processes while developing new ones• Extensive experience in customer relationship management• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to diverse audiences• Adept at data literacy and data-driven decision making• Experience in Agile Methodology and/or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage• Masters degree or equivalent experienceRequisitos principales•
