What is the objective of this project and what does it consistAt ITP Aero, we are seeking a engineer profile to join our Quality Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality assurance activities across projects within the Research & Technology area:Act as the main point of contact for the customer on quality matters (Vision, Non-Conformities, Delegations, etc.).Non-conformances management using problem-solving techniques.Lead quality escapes and customer complaints investigations and corrective/ preventive actions implementation.Improve the quality management system and ensure compliance with areas proceduresContinuous process improvement. Review and reporting of KPIs.Evaluation and approval of engineering deliverables as Quality discipline.Prepare, review and approve incoming/delivery documentation.Manage and support both internal and external audits.Review customer purchase orders and analyze quality requirements.Manage process changes.Define and approve inspection plans.Consolidate a common way of working to ensure an industrial quality standard for experimental products between different sites.Develop Quality Plans for specific customer.What profile are we looking for?Experience in 3-5 years of experience in quality management roles in industrial companiesKnowledge in :Quality regulations and quality management systems (ISO 9001, EN 9100)5Ss and KamishibaiConinuous improvement tools (FMEA; Control Plan; MSA; SPC…)Supply Chain Quality ManagementKnowledge of problems solving techniques (8D, SCRA, 5W's)Familiarisation with Quality Management System documentsSoft Skills: Teamwork; Problem solving and Comunication skillsWhat is the location?MadridWe offerYou will us a competitive conditions and a very attractive compensation package with different social benefits and guareneteed progress aligned with professional growthIn addition we offer hybrid working modelIf you are interested in an intenational environment you will have opportunities to move to others sites or locatiosn where our products and customers are located
