Experteer Overview
In this role you will ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards across Schreiber plants in Europe and support supplier audits. You will manage customer complaints, track trends, and contribute to global standardization of Food Safety and Quality processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in reports, dashboards, and programs that safeguard product safety and quality. This position offers scope to influence Europe-wide quality practices and requires travel up to 50%.

• Conduct internal and supplier audits across Europe
• Monitor, follow up audit findings and implement corrective actions
• Manage complaints: notify plants, communicate with consumers, and track sample recovery
• Review and verify data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Analyze trends to monitor quality objectives and report on them
• Communicate with consumers to understand complaints and share issue analyses
• Monthly review and categorization of complaints from all European plants
• Develop and improve reports and dashboards according to needs
• Participate in Food Safety and Quality programs: objectives, complaints follow-up, awareness campaigns, monthly meetings
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, dairy science or related scientific field
• 3-5 years of experience in food industry
• Foundational knowledge of food safety and quality systems, laboratory practices, and quality improvement concepts
• Advanced level in English and Spanish
• Good communication skills
• Advanced IS Skills
• Availability to travel up to 50%
