About the Role
We are looking for someone with a solid background in Quality and hands‑on knowledge of QMS platforms used in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. In this role, you will work on the back‑end of these systems — not as a day‑to‑day user filling in forms, but as the person who builds and adapts what those users see and interact with. You will configure workflows, set up processes such as CAPAs or audit trails, and tailor the system to match each client's specific quality needs.
This is a project‑based consulting role. Each engagement is different, each client has different needs, and your ability to listen, understand their processes, and translate them into working system configurations will be what sets you apart. No coding is involved — your expertise in quality and your understanding of how these systems work is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation and configuration of QMS platforms, adapting them to each client's quality processes and requirements.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs — whether it's setting up a CAPA workflow, configuring change control, or adapting document management — and translate those needs into system solutions.
Collaborate with project teams throughout the full implementation lifecycle: from requirements gathering and system configuration through testing, training, and go‑live.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively, always focused on practical solutions that work for the client.
Work independently when required, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Bring your pharma quality knowledge into every project, acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating new systems.
Who We're Looking For
A professional with 4–5 years of experience in Quality in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry — you understand quality processes such as CAPAs, deviations, change control, document management, and audit trails from real experience.
Someone who has used enterprise QMS platforms and understands how they work beyond the surface — ideally someone who has been involved in a system implementation, acted as a system owner or administrator, or simply gone further than most users in understanding what the system can do.
A natural communicator who enjoys client‑facing work and is energised by the variety of working across different projects and organisations.
Proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks independently.
Someone who sees consulting and project‑based work as an opportunity, not a challenge — you thrive on variety and enjoy the dynamic of new clients and new problems.
