Our values are: bshow /b byour /b bpassion /b, bact /b bas /b ban /b bowner /b and bthink /b brigorously /b, bfigure it out /b bhold the line /b /p pYou are a natural problem-solver with a passion for understanding the complexity of digital product and processes. /p pAs a bQA Tester /b at North you will partner with internal and external teams to ensure quality in every step of the product development, and offer the best digital experiences in the world. /p pIf you are a truly great candidate for this role, you will be passionate about design and development, and understand why QA matters on a product level, as well as from a business perspective /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liDefine and execute the testing strategy for mobile applications, aligning use cases and acceptance criteria with business requirements /li liCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure alignment, clear expectations, and continuous communication /li liIdentify, report, prioritize, and track defects and improvement opportunities, ensuring full traceability throughout the lifecycle /li liAutomate, optimize, and continuously improve QA processes to increase efficiency and product reliability /li liOwn the overall quality vision of the product, ensuring a stable, reliable, and high-quality final release /li liDesign, develop, and document QA frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for both business and development teams /li liChampion quality across teams, influencing a culture of excellence and top-tier product standards /li /ul h3You will bring to the table: /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in QA testing and Digital Product Management. /li liKnowledge of QA strategy and testing with practical experience in implementing acordes methodologies in cross-functional teams. /li liExperience in testing with assistive technologies (including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA or JAWS). /li liAbility to present results and prioritizations to directive teams or clients.
