This role supports Valeo’s commitment to sustainable and compliant public funding.Responsibilities- Accountable for projects eligible for Tax Credit or Grant- Encourage R&D and technical teams to collect information needed for project submissions- Prepare Tax Credit and Grant dossiers with consultant support, applying Valeo compliance rules- Apply standard tax deduction procedures to implement uniform dossiers across Spanish plants- Analyze costs, personnel, and suppliers to develop budgets for dossiers- Compile and organize technical files for consultant review- Participate in meetings between consultants and Valeo- Track dossier completion until receiving Entity Certificate or Grant- Complete the Monthly Report- Ensure Grant Accounting Treatment Approval (GATA) and Founding Authorization Request (FAR) signatures are obtained- Monitor and control the approval/signing process and final certification of projects- Ensure all documents submitted to Spanish organizations comply with rules to maximize Grants xcskxlj or Tax Credits; continuously follow up on the Electronic Portal throughout the project lifecycleQualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering- Fluency in Spanish and high level of English (French is a plus)- Results orientation with commitment to teamwork in an international environment- High standards of professionalism and transparency#J-18808-Ljbffr
