As part of our continued expansion in Spain we are now looking for a new Property Advisor to our office in San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best termsDetermine clients\' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit themIntermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealPerform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\' valueDisplay and market real property to possible buyersManage property resaleMaintain and update listings of available propertiesCooperate with developersDevelop networks and cooperate with developersPromote sales through advertisements, and listing servicesRemain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practicesFinding clients: Property consultants spend time attracting customers through calling, following up on leads, advertising, and presenting to investor clubs and other groupsRequirementsExperience in Real Estate SalesOwn carCommunication skills: interact effectively with clients, agents, and legal professionalsNegotiation skills: ability to conduct price negotiations to secure properties at a potentially profitable rateAnalytical skills: ability to carry out property market research and identify high-potential opportunitiesLanguages: English required; Spanish is a plus; other languages (Nordic, German, French, Dutch, etc.) are helpfulPleasant and trustworthy personalityMS Office familiarityAbility to work independently and in teamsProven track record of successful sales (if experienced)Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson (considered a plus if experienced)BenefitsOpportunity to work with an international real estate brandDynamic and ambitious team environmentCompetitive compensationPossibility to grow within the companySalary & Commission based on performanceIf you think you are the right person, we look forward to your application.
