Social benefits and flexible compensation plan.Responsibilities:Leading ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective).
Setting, measuring, and tracking performance indicators (velocity, burn-down chart, etc.)
Facilitating communication between stakeholders (technical teams, business teams, management)
Encouraging transparency within the team regarding task status and sprint progress.
Collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is clear, prioritized, and ready for each sprint.
Supporting teams in adopting the Agile mindset.
Ensuring consistency and progress of all sprints and delivery of sprint deliverables.
Project Management using innovative and structured methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, also including agile elements)
Projects in the context of Fraud- and Risk management in payments.Requirements:Experience (2-4 years) in Project Management in the information technology sector
Outstanding ability to connect with different people from diverse cultural background
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills. You are as well independent, attention to details, proactive and assertive
Knowledge/Experience in Payment Technologie and/or Business is a plus
