As we expand into new international markets, we’re looking for talented, driven individuals to join us on this exciting journey.Project Manager – ElectricalJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Electrical to lead and deliver electrical engineering packages for mission‑critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge overseeing power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and electrical safety compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end‑to‑end electrical scope of data center projects including HV/LV power distribution, UPS, switchgear, generators, and associated systems.Collaborate with internal teams (design, construction, operations) and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, vendors) to ensure project alignment.Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.Ensure adherence to electrical engineering best practices, local codes, safety standards, and client‑specific guidelines.Manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and productivity on site.Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders.Conduct regular site visits, project status meetings, and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.Ensure documentation is complete and accurate, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project reports.Provide technical expertise in resolving electrical‑related issues and propose improvements.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5–8 years of electrical project management experience, ideally within data center or mission‑critical projects.Expert knowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear.Familiarity with local codes and international standards.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Knowledge of energy efficiency measures and sustainable design practices.Effective communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Ability to work on‑site and travel as needed.Previous experience working in fast growing, international environments.Fluent in English and Spanish.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
