Key Responsibilities: - Lead the completion of complex IT and business transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and scope management. - Monitor project progress and ensure the successful delivery of all project deliverables. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous communication and transparency. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by developing proactive strategies. - Manage and coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Implement quality assurance practices and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Skills: - Proven experience in managing IT and business transformation projects. - Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Familiarity with tools such as Azure Boards, MS Project, and other project management software. - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (minimum B2 level). - PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus. - Experience with offshore and third-party development. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps tools.
