Our international clients trust us to provide excellence, creativity, and flawless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute bespoke events and travel programsManage logistics, budgets, timelines, and supplier coordinationServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the projectSupervise on-site operations when necessaryCollaborate with internal teams and relevant departmentsHandle unexpected challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approachPrepare post-event reports and evaluationsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Project Manager in the MICE, events, or inbound tourism sector is a must. We will only consider Cv's with this requirement fullfilled.Strong organizational and time management skillsLanguage: Fluent english.
