With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking a Project Lead for our offices located in Abu DhabiRequirementsDegree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with specialization in Project Management, Petroleum Engineering or Process Engineering.Minimum 12 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects.Experience as Senior Engineer and/or Project Lead, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex deliverables.Participation in at least one ADNOC Onshore or Offshore EPC project in UAE, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and procedures.Management of technical and operational interfaces with contractors, vendors and clients, ensuring integration and efficiency in project execution.Supervision of schedules, budgets and quality throughout all project phases.Proficiency in planning and control tools.Advanced English level C1 or higher.Location100% on-site in Abu Dhabi.Project ManagementSupervise all project phases, from basic engineering to final delivery, ensuring compliance with schedules, budget and technical specifications.Prepare and review project plans, milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives and ADNOC standards.Monitor project performance and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project control teams to ensure integration of all disciplines.Manage technical and operational interfaces between contractors, vendors and clients.Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans. Manage technical queries, deviations and scope changes, ensuring approval and timely communication with stakeholders.Ensure that all project activities comply with quality, safety and QHSE standards.Implement applicable corporate procedures and standards, promoting best practices and lessons learned.Other activities inherent to the position.What we offer
