Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead the development and execution of capital projects and support plant engineering needs. You build and guide project teams with internal partners, suppliers, and regulators to achieve project goals that boost company value. You ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving cross-functional collaboration on propositions and executive summaries. You will explore new technologies to improve capability, capacity, and profitability. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape manufacturing improvements in a growth-focused food company.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or related field
• Experience in electrical controls (PLC programming, Servos, VFDs)
• Experience in leading projects and project management
• Ability to function in a team environment
• End-user computer skills
• Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities
