Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Mirabel.ResponsibilitiesSupport contract administration and financial activities to contribute to program performance and llaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support budget management, billing, and financial tracking.Prepare proformas, budgets, and support monthly financial reporting and updates.Manage billing processes, including credit notes and expense validation (e.G., travel expenses).Create, track, and maintain purchase orders.Monitor project milestones and accounts receivable to ensure timely follow-up.Maintain and update management tools, including the Project ntribute to annual operating plan (AOP) development and monthly financial updates.Participate in proposal development and financial planning activities.Prepare reports, including Canadian content reporting, as required.Perform Oracle R12 reconciliations and support data integrity across systems.Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project administration, finance, or a related llege diploma (DEC) in Accounting, Administration, or a related discipline.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Proven ability to work autonomously and solve problems proactively.Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).Preferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems.Experience in budget planning, forecasting, or financial reporting.Experience supporting proposal development or contract administration.Familiarity with project financial tracking tools or systems.BenefitsCompany benefits planPension planEmployee stock purchase planCareer development opportunities within a global organizationHybrid work modelFlexible work schedulesComprehensive health and wellness programsPosition TypeRegularEqual Opportunity & AccommodationsCAE is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants, regardless of race, nationality, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, veteran status, age, or other characteristics protected by law.We encourage applicants who may not meet every qualification to apply.
