About Epro 360:We help international students find the best universities and scholarships for their university studies abroad. What began in 2014 with two international students has grown into a global, fully remote team supporting hundreds of students a year through the study-abroad process.About the Role:We're looking for a versatile, fast-learning generalist to build real redundancy into two functions that currently sit with one person each: university and scholarship research, and student onboarding/application/visa support. You'll learn both tracks directly from the people who own them today, and become able to run either end-to-end.This is not a narrow research or case-management role, and it's not a catch-all either. The goal is depth in these two specific tracks, not a scattering of unrelated tasks. It's for someone who's comfortable being a generalist within that scope: dropping into an unfamiliar process, figuring it out, and writing it down clearly enough that someone else could pick it up.Your Responsibilities:University & scholarship research (working alongside our research lead):Research and evaluate universities, programs, and scholarships that match a student's academic and personal profile.Use and help expand our internal database of U.S. and international universities and programs.Verify details directly with universities when needed.Produce clear, well-organized reports and university lists for students and families.Onboarding, application & visa support (working alongside our operations lead):Guide students through onboarding, document collection, and application tracking on our online platform.Support visa-related preparation and documentation, escalating anything ambiguous or high-risk.Maintain accurate, up-to-date case documentation across all students you support.Handle student and family communication with the same care and discretion our existing team applies to sensitive personal and immigration data.Backup coverage:Improve the current documentation of the processes in both tracks as clear, transferable SOPs. Treat this as a core deliverable, not admin overhead.Cross-train across both tracks well enough to cover for either person during absences.Flag process gaps or inefficiencies you notice within research or onboarding/application/visa support.Once both tracks are solidly covered, take on adjacent operational work within these functions as capacity allows. What We're Looking For:A genuine generalist, energized by learning two different processes deeply rather than specializing narrowly in one.Native or near-native English proficiency; excellent written communication.Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured documentation.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple threads, and ask for help before a mistake compounds.Comfortable handling sensitive personal and immigration-related information with discretion.Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working inside databases and internal platforms.Experience studying or living abroad is a strong plus (U.S. experience especially useful for the university research track).Bachelor's degree or higher.Availability during European afternoon hours, aligned with the rest of the team and clients. What We Offer:Competitive compensationFull remote flexibility. Work from anywhere; structure your day around clear deliverables.Real ownership: as you master both tracks, there's room to shape and expand your scope within research and operations.A global, fully remote team working with ambitious students from around the world.Long-term intent. We're hiring to build durable coverage, not to fill a temporary gap.
