With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries. /ppAbout the Role /ppAs a Production Team leader your purpose will be responsible for you for ensuring line efficiencies, personal utilisation, quality and safety in our site in Sagunto. The job holder will report to the Production Manager Sagunto and cooperate with the rest of Production Team Leaders as well as with the management team. /ppIn this position, the manager will be responsible for: /pulliLead and develop the team under your supervision, identifying potential and fostering growth among team members, including Process Improvers, Supervisors, line coordinators, and others. /liliEnsure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are met whilst quality and EHS standard are respected. /liliEnsure the system contains accurate information for precise reporting of plant status. /liliCoordinate production tests, production changes, and line improvements. /liliProvide solutions to high-level issues within the facilities. /liliCollaborate with your team (SLs, PIs, Supervisors) to resolve problems within your area of responsibility. /liliWork with MICs, SLs, PIs, and other plant personnel on special projects related to your area of responsibility. /liliPerform any other duties and tasks in line with the responsibilities of the position. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliA degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is often required. Advanced degrees or certifications in management or automotive engineering are a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
