Build your career where technology has a purpose. At Grupo Oesía, we develop dual-use digital and industrial engineering projects in strategic sectors, strengthening key capabilities for Spain and Europe through our technology centres and alongside a team of more than 3,800 professionals across Spain, Brussels, Latin America and Asia.
At Tecnobit-Grupo Oesía we design, develop, manufacture and maintain technology that is already in operation: intelligent imaging systems, secure tactical communications and simulation centres. A clear example of how the technology we create here delivers real-world impact.
We operate from our technology centres across Castilla-La Mancha, Andalusia, Galicia, Valencia and Madrid: innovation hubs that contribute key capabilities to national sovereignty and Europe’s strategic autonomy.
But what truly sets us apart are the people who make each of those projects possible.
We want you to develop your full potential. That is why we build professional environments based on equal opportunities, inclusion and the recognition of every individual’s talent.
We foster an environment where talent can learn, collaborate and continue growing, contributing new ideas and reaching its full potential. Because innovation thrives when different perspectives work towards a shared purpose.
