As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Quality Control: Monitor the quality of output and identify any faulty products. Incident Response: Conduct research and report any deviations or modifications to resolve issues promptly. Production Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily production records to analyze performance and optimize yields. Line Monitoring: Track the status of production lines, including situations of underemployment, delays, and current products in line. Training and Development: Train new personnel on procedures and processes to ensure proper equipment use. Process Improvement: Propose improvements to operations, equipment, and facilities to enhance productivity. Requirements and Qualifications Education: Engineering or equivalent degree in Chemicals, Biology, or related field. Languages: Fluent Spanish; English is an asset. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge: GMP regulations.
