Experteer Overview
As a Product Manager/Owner at Unit4, you represent customer needs within the Engineering Team and guide delivery for one or more functional areas. You refine roadmaps with stakeholders to ensure market fit, maintain a high-value feature backlog, and balance commercial goals with technical feasibility. You own delivery scope, schedule, and acceptance criteria, coordinating with Product Managers, Owners and cross-functional teams. You’ll influence decisions to maximise customer satisfaction and business outcomes while driving continuous improvement and alignment with product strategy.

• Triage defect queues with client support and coordinate defect resolution
• Coordinate sprint reviews to gather feedback from customers and senior management
• Ensure output aligns with product strategy and customer roadmap
• May serve as Product Owner for teams of moderate complexity
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years as Product Manager/Owner with proven accountability and leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Product Owner certification from recognized body (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, SAFe, LeSS) or equivalent considered
• Knowledge of product management principles; certification a plus
• Procurement knowledge is a strong plus
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and synthesize process data
• Influence and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong change management and stakeholder management
• Technical acumen aligned with business strategy
• Experience in large organizations with many stakeholders
• Passion for digital innovation and superb client experience
• Superior communication skills for complex trade-offs and storytelling
