As aSenior Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact digital products withinbanking and insuranceenvironments. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that product vision, stakeholder expectations, and technical execution are perfectly aligned.
Your work will directly influence strategic products used by leading financial institutions, driving value across the entire product lifecycle.✅ What We’re Looking For
+5 years of experienceas aProduct Owner
Strong experience working withstakeholders, facilitating workshops, and driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
Solid background inbanking and/or insurance sectors.
Proven experience working inAgile / Scrumenvironments (backlog management, sprint planning, reviews).
Hands-on experience with tools such asJira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint.
Strong understanding ofproduct lifecycle managementand project governance.
Data-oriented mindset with experience indashboards and analyticstools:
Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics
SQL, BigQuery, Data Lake environments
Ability to collaborate closely withIT and technical teams(APIs, data platforms, architecture discussions).
Spanish: Native
English: Advanced / Professional working proficiency
Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and facilitation mindset.What You’ll Do
Own and manage theproduct backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business value.
LeadScrum ceremonies(Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements) and collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and development teams.
Act as the main point of contact forstakeholdersacross business, IT, and data teams.
Translate business needs into clearuser stories and functional requirements.
Oversee theend-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
Work closely with data teams ondashboards, reporting, and analytics(Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Lakes).
Contribute tostrategic decisionsrelated to product roadmap, evolution, and innovation.
