We are looking for a highly motivated Product Design Engineer to work on the development of new products, ensuring their functionality, quality and high aesthetic standard. The candidate will play a central role and be involved in all phases of the product development process across multiple projects within the company’s design department. Responsibilities • Design and engineering of new products, from the conceptual phase through to industrialisation. • Preparation of technical drawings, 3D models and technical documentation in SolidWorks. • Development of prototypes. • Preparation of production drawings and assembly manuals. • Design of manufacturing tools and fixtures. • Coordination of the introduction of new products into production. • Development of improvements to existing designs. • Design of bespoke and special products. • Preparation of technical and environmental data sheets using Adobe. • Monitoring of testing in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards and product safety requirements. • Communication with external design studios. • Support for graphic design tasks. Requirements • University degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development, Mechanical Engineering or similar. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product design and development, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. • Proficiency level in SolidWorks and Rhinoceros. • Advanced level in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign. • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems. • High level of English. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and production methods. • Project management skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Residence near Crevillente. *** It requires uploading your portfolio as part of your application.
