Experteer Overview As a Procurement Specialist, you will coordinate European procurement activities across product portfolios, ensuring alignment with planners and logistics efficiency. You will verify orders, update SAP, and support price changes while maintaining strong vendor communication. You’ll drive stock rotation, resolve invoice and warehouse queries, and monitor key KPIs like DOS and product availability. This role combines analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive project ownership to support rapid, data-informed procurement in a dynamic tech environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Generate and manage purchase orders aligned with planner specifications
- Validate vendor order confirmations for product accuracy, quantity, pricing, and delivery dates in SAP
- Support price changes in SAP to reflect accurate cost prices
- Coordinate stock rotation with vendors and logistics in line with contracts
- Resolve invoice and warehouse operation queries for assigned vendors
- Monitor procurement KPIs (DOS, Product Availability, Ageing)
- Review and update policies and procedures as needed
- Lead ad hoc projects defined by the manager
- Maintain timely communication with internal stakeholders and vendorsResponsabilidades
