All our lawyers are in our staff, work exclusively for us on a full-time basis and have been trained according to our proprietary work methodology and our special philosophy based on customer centricity. /p pWe use the best technology to automate works that do not require legal qualification reducing your costs drastically without losing an apex of excellence. /p pThis is the first Spanish ALSP, This is Legal Army. /p pstrongWhat we need from you: /strong /pulliEmpower, develop and boost the Privacy area of the practice with an international vision. /liliProvide Data Protection and Privacy advice to L-A different clients worldwide. /liliConduct GDPR implementations projects and audits. /liliHandle multiple clients inquiries daily, delivering high-quality responses within tight deadlines. /liliDraft and review privacy documentation, including privacy notices, DPAs, SCCs, RoPAs, and internal policies. /liliMonitor regulatory developments in privacy and data protection and assess their impact on clients. /liliLiaise with supervisory authorities, when required. /liliCoordinate multinational projects involving client teams across different jurisdictions /liliCarry out DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs and risk assessments. /liliMonitor DPO controls periodically according to accountability principle for all L-A clients. /liliProvide In-company trainings. /li /ul pstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliYou have a University degree in Law and Privacy / Digital Law related post-graduate education. DPO or other Privacy related certification is highly desired (AEPD scheme, CIPP-E or similar). /liliAt least C1 in English. Another languages are highly valued since this is an international role. /liliHave, at least, 2 years of privacy experience in a consultancy or law firm working for several clients – especially conducting GDPR adaptations and implementations, in the preparation of PIA's, acting as DPO for several clients. /liliWell organized and able to work under pressure with multiple clients from different areas and sectors without loosing on excellence. /liliKnowledge about how technology and digital business works. /liliWell organized, very executive with an excellent business-oriented judgement. /liliYou are a strong communicator and have great interpersonal and presentations skills. /liliAbsolutely client-centric and committed with Legal Army values and goals. /li /ul pstrongPerks: /strong /pulliClear and transparent compensation plan. /liliPersonal training budget: up to 1.000 € per year (certifications, courses, etc). /liliSunny Madrid central location. /liliYou will deal with top tier clients directly from the first day. /liliYour career plan in Legal Army has no limits.
