Experteer Overview As Principal Biostatistician you will design and lead statistical analyses for Medical Affairs and global biostatistics teams, delivering SAPs, programming specifications, and data packages for publications while exploring observational data through trials and registries. You will ensure SOP adherence, timelines, and quality, and collaborate across local and global teams to produce credible statistical outputs. The role includes mentoring teammates, supporting hiring, and contributing to governance and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Implement SAPs and programming specs for analysis datasets and generate QC data packages for publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts)
- Investigate observational data using clinical trials and/or registries as applicable
- Ensure SOPs, timelines and quality metrics are met; manage project governance and risk discussions
- Collaborate with local and global biostatistics/programming teams and with Medical Affairs personnel
- Develop and maintain statistical outputs for end stakeholders and indications; support end-to-end solutions for TAs/indications
- Coach/mentor new team members and support graduate hiring when needed
- Perform post-hoc/ad-hoc analyses of trial and registry data; produce well-documenteddata packages
- Design, test, and document statistical programming in SAS; work with QC plans and KPIs
- Share knowledge through lectures and contribute to disease/indication expertise across teams
- Create dashboards and use advanced analytical methods to provide actionable insights to stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Master's degree in Biostatistics or Statistics with 8 years of experience; PhD in biostatistics, statistics or epidemiology is preferred with 4 years experience
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
