Interim Pricing & Trade Terms Lead – Iberia

We’re supporting a business in Iberia looking to strengthen its commercial model and unlock growth .
They need someone to come in and bring structure to pricing and trade terms , helping create a more consistent and scalable approach across the region.
What you’ll be doing
Review and improve pricing structures, discounting, and trade terms
Identify opportunities to improve margin and customer profitability
Bring consistency to commercial frameworks and agreements
Support better decision-making around pricing and incentives
Help shape a more robust, long-term commercial model
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be expected to take ownership and drive outcomes
What we’re looking for
Experience in pricing, trade spend, commercial finance, or similar
Strong understanding of how businesses price, sell, and structure deals
Comfortable working in fast-moving, undefined environments
Able to operate independently and influence stakeholders
Practical, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in Iberia is helpful, but not essential.
