As part of our Pricing and Revenue Management team, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data‑driven commercial decisions. This role plays a key part in executing pricing strategies, maximizing revenue potential, and optimizing fleet utilization in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Analyze pricing, fleet utilization, and demand trends to support rate adjustments across our markets.
Regularly review and update car rental rates to maximize revenue while maintaining market competitiveness.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and seasonal demand.
Monitor reservation systems to ensure pricing accuracy and availability, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Track competitor rates, promotions, and market movements to inform pricing decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in pricing analysis or analytical roles within the rent‑a‑car, travel, hospitality, or similar industries.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using reporting or data analysis tools.
Solid understanding of pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
High level of attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, cross‑functional environment.
