ALOHAS is more than a fashion brand: it’s a responsible shopping experience and an opportunity to take part in the fight against overproduction in the fashion industry.Working at ALOHAS means being part of the innovation and growth of a Spanish start-up with a young, creative, and proactive team, where communication flows and energy levels are high. It’s a demanding environment, but extremely rewarding, and we take pride in learning from one another and strive to make sustainability a way of life beyond the workplace. We’re passionate about what we do, and that passion shines through in our work.THE ROLEAs our PR Specialist, you are the person who gets ALOHAS talked about: in the right magazines, on the right people and in the right rooms. You report to the PR Manager and work across all our key markets. This is a global role, not a single-country press office. You build and look after the relationships that put ALOHAS in front of editors, stylists, influencers and celebrities, and you turn them into coverage, collaborations and moments people remember. Events are a big part of the job: from press days and store visits to launches and activations, you make them happen from start to finish. This is a hands-on role. You pitch, host, follow up and measure the results yourself.YOUR CHALLENGEBuild and nurture strong relationships with editors, stylists, influencers and celebrities to maximise coverage and grow brand awareness across our key markets.Plan and run PR events end to end — press days, launches, store visits and activations: concept, guest list, logistics, hosting on the day and follow-up.Develop and execute community and influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns that support brand initiatives.Manage gifting and seeding: who gets what, when, and what comes back from it.Secure new communication opportunities in print and digital media, and turn launches and brand news into stories editors want to tell.Identify and track industry trends, local and global, so ALOHAS is part of the right conversations.Measure and report on results — coverage, reach, EMV, return per action — using tools such as Kolsquare or Muck Rack, and use the data to decide what to do next.Work hand-in-hand with Brand, Marketing, Digital and Retail so PR plugs into launches, campaigns and store openings.YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...3–5 years of hands-on PR experience in fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle, brand-side or agency. An existing network of press and/or influencer contacts, and the habit of growing it.Events you have organised and hosted yourself, not just attended.Proven experience with US, France and UK markets — a strong plus.A data-minded approach: you know what a placement was worth and can show it.The organisation to juggle several launches, events and shipments at once without dropping the follow-up.Creativity, energy and taste: ideas for how ALOHAS shows up, not just where.BENEFITSA Culture of Freedom, Responsibility & Trust: We believe in autonomy, accountability, and mutual respect.Flexible Working Hours : Adapt your schedule to your lifestyle. We trust you to get the job done.Hybrid Work Model: Work from home some days and the office on others.Summer Hours (July & August) : Enjoy an intensive workday schedule so you can make the most of your summer. We support family-life balance, parenthood, gender equality, and diversityð¼Mental Health Support ð§ Team wellbeing initiativesTwo paid “disconnect days” a year—take time when you need it mostExclusive Discounts —Enjoy up to 70% off our products.
