Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. ✍️ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ✍️ We are looking for a Cybersecurity PMO Support professional with 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Analyst roles, ideally in large enterprise environments. You will act as the operational backbone for the cybersecurity portfolio, ensuring project delivery is optimized and standardized across teams. Key requirements: Proven experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Analyst roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to maintain a “single source of truth” for all projects Analytical mindset: able to spot trends, risks, or potential blockers proactively Experience consolidating reports and dashboards for executive oversight Resource tracking and allocation experience, ensuring critical teams are properly managed Familiarity with PMO frameworks and methodology governance Ability to maintain centralized RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate issues timely Proactive and effective communication with stakeholders and technical leads Fluent English (mandatory) Nice to have: Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives or IT projects Exposure to enterprise portfolio management or financial tracking Strong soft skills: facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement WHAT WILL YOU DO? Consolidate status reports from multiple cybersecurity workstreams into a unified dashboard for portfolio leadership Track project budgets, invoices, and highlight potential overruns before they become issues Monitor team capacity and resource allocation across multiple projects Ensure adherence to PMO methodology and maintain high-quality project documentation Maintain centralized Portfolio RAID logs and escalate blockers proactively Identify trends or delays in project delivery and suggest corrective actions Act as a bridge between individual Project Managers and Portfolio leadership, supporting efficient execution
