Cualificaciones
Develop and maintain production / supply / demand plans aligned with business goals.
Create detailed short-term and long-term schedules based on forecasts and capacity.
Ensure optimal resource allocation (materials, manpower, machines).
Adjust plans dynamically based on demand fluctuations, constraints, or disruptions.
Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock.
Coordinate material requirements planning (MRP).
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Work closely with procurement to align supply plans with sourcing strategies.
Proactively identify supply chain risks or bottlenecks.
Develop contingency plans for delays, shortages, or capacity constraints.
Responsabilidades
Education (Degree/Major) University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Organisation. A.D.E. or equivalent.
Other qualifications Knowledge of management techniques and production management software.
Work Experience 2-3 years experience in a continuous process industrial company.
Language Spanish and English
