Are you passionate about fitness, health, and client movement? An exciting opportunity has opened up for a dedicated Pilates Instructor based in Palma, Mallorca. Working within the private sector of recreational and sports activities, you will have the chance to share your expertise in movement, body awareness, and core training. Primary Responsibilities
Leading both group and individual Pilates classes tailored to participants' needs
Advising clients on technique, proper alignment, and personal physical progression
Keeping your knowledge up to date regarding the latest trends and methodologies in Pilates
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and high-quality service
Core Requirements
Mandatory formal training or practical experience in Pilates (this is an essential prerequisite)
Ability to teach both structured group sessions and personalized individual classes
A strong dedication to staying informed about new trends in the Pilates method
Good teamwork and communication skills for working alongside a multidisciplinary group
What is Offered
A permanent employment contract
30 hours per week, structured in alternating morning or intensive afternoon shifts (to be specified in detail during the interview)
A salary of 1,233.92 euros gross per month
Employment conditions governed by the collective agreement for hairdressing, beauty institutes, and gyms
A professional workplace location situated directly in Palma, Mallorca
