Overview
Physical Education Teacher (Temporary Replacement) SEK Ciudalcampo International School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join our team as a temporary replacement for paternity leave, starting in December 2025.
The successful candidate will educate and motivate students to practice sports and adopt a healthy lifestyle, fostering both physical development and positive habits. This is an international school environment, teaching students from primary to pre-university levels.
Mission
To educate and guide students in physical activity, promoting health, fitness, and motivation for an active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
Develop and prepare Physical Education lessons for different student groups.
Teach Primary students, including physical education and swimming classes.
Teach Secondary students, from 1st ESO to 1st BTO (Bachillerato).
Support swimming lessons for early childhood classes as needed.
Carry out all tasks related to school teaching, classroom management, and student engagement.
Qualifications
Academic Background: Degree in Physical Education or Sport Sciences.
Master’s degree in Teacher Training (Máster de Formación al Profesorado).
Professional Experience: Prior teaching experience in Physical Education is required.
Languages: Knowledge of English is valued, as classes are preferably taught in English.
IT Skills: Basic computer skills.
Personal Skills / Competencies: Empathy and emotional intelligence; proactive, respectful, caring, creative, and flexible; teamwork orientation and a positive attitude.
