We are committed to sustainability, diversity and innovative solutions in transport.Role SummaryWe are looking for a bus driver in La Manga to operate long‑distance services during the summer season, ensuring safe and efficient operation of our high‑quality fleet.Responsibilities and DutiesDrive the bus safely and efficiently on long‑range routes.Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards.Keep accurate trip logs and submit required reports.Provide high‑quality passenger service and support.QualificationsDriving permit D, CAP for travellers and a tachograph card.At least 10 points on the driving licence.Experience driving buses or similar vehicles is preferred.Preference for candidates residing in La Manga or surrounding areas.Contract DetailsTemporal contract until 07/09/2026, full‑time, rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, or 4‑2 shift pattern).Remuneration and BenefitsGross monthly salary €1,300–€1,400, plus 3 extra payments and variable bonuses.Initial and ongoing training, including electric vehicle and defensive driving courses.Access to the “Alsalud” wellness program.Employee Alsa Plus card offering travel and commercial discounts for you and your family.Opportunities for volunteering and internal recognition of values.Equal Opportunity StatementIn Alsa we promote diversity and equal opportunities.
