Compruebe todos los detalles en esta descripción del puesto y luego haga clic en "Solicitar".We're hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to scale our brand across paid media.You are an analytical marketer who can deconstruct ad performance metrics and translate them into high-converting hooks, concepts, and briefs while mastering the creative strategy of platform-restricted categories.This is a unique opportunity to impact an early-stage project of an award-winning brand.What You'll Do Performance Creative Mastery: Develop, execute, and scale high-performing ad creatives optimized across key paid social and digital channels, ensuring all assets align perfectly with core performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPA) to drive measurable results.Direct-Response Briefing: Write clear, highly actionable creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators, maintaining a strict focus on direct-response marketing principles.Data & A/B Testing: Analyze A/B test data and post-campaign metrics to systematically optimize winning ads, diagnose drop-offs, and continuously drive conversions.Copywriting: Write compelling, high-converting ad copy (headlines, primary text, and CTAs) engineered specifically for sales and lead generation.AI Integration (IA): Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate creative research, generate copy variations, build storyboards, and streamline the creative brainstorming process.Agency & Team Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact coordinating with external marketing agencies and collaborating closely with internal project managers and the marketing team to ensure creative success.Calendar Management: Own and coordinate the marketing calendar, ensuring all creative asset pipelines, testing cycles, and campaign launches are delivered on time.Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and stay ahead of emerging ad trends, consumer psychology, and platform policy shifts.What You Bring 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketer, or Direct-Response conceptor, ideally within DTC or e-commerce (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury consumer goods preferred) Analytical & Creative mindset: You know how to look at a data dashboard (hook rates, hold rates, CTR), identify exactly where the funnel is leaking, and pitch the creative variation needed to fix it.Deep understanding of major digital, social, and e-commerce platform creative constraints and how to win within them.Exceptional organization skills with a track track of successfully managing agency relationships and keeping marketing calendars perfectly on track.Comfortable experimenting with and implementing AI tools into your daily workflow to maximize creative output.Comfortable with regulated/sensitive product categories.Fluent English required; Spanish and/or other European languages welcome.What we offer: Full time- indefinite employment contract Flexible schedule.Impact: This is a unique opportunity to impact an early-stage project of an award-winning brand. xcskxlj Hybrid working model.
