We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our IT team, supporting initiatives mainly in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) occasionally. This internship offers hands‑on experience with enterprise systems, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and IT.
Funciones del puesto
Assist in optimizing SCM and PLM systems (OpCenter, SAP IBP, SAP ERP)
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities for product and supply chain master data.
Support OpCenter upgrades, new installations and most common issues.
Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather feedback on tool functionalities, how it is used and translate it into possible unused functions and actionable system enhancements.
Document business processes, system workflows, and user requirements.
Train super‑users on new functions and/or enhancements if found and developed.
Help troubleshoot system issues and support end‑user training and documentation.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT.
