Responsibilities
Conduct DCO sessions and finalize business design with SMEs.
Identify and create micro journeys.
Own the case type and responsibility of designing and maintaining it.
Co‑create workflows and views with the business SMEs directly in App Studio.
Have clear understanding of Pega Constellation patterns and components to achieve desired business outcomes and ensure business outcomes are achieved within OOTB patterns.
Lead and guide Pega development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate should be able to work independently.
Qualifications
Proficient in Java fundamentals.
Proficient in functional programming using Java 8.
Proficient in Spring framework.
Hands‑on with Spring Boot and REST API.
Good at writing unit testing using any of the testing frameworks.
Good practical knowledge, not just theoretical.
Good communication skills.
Core Java / Java 8 / Lambda skill set.
Spring Framework and Spring Batch.
RESTful Services Development, enhancement and troubleshooting.
Kafka experience.
Develop, enhance and troubleshoot web applications using Java/J2EE, ReactJS/Redux Frameworks.
ORM – JDBC/Hibernate/JPA and SQL queries with Oracle/DB2 databases.
SOAPUI, POSTMAN and Ready API tools.
Tools – Eclipse, IntelliJ, Maven, GIT, etc.
