Identify key risks in AI‑enabled learning and design mitigations embedded in the product and UX. Align with editorial experts across our operating companies to identify common pedagogical guidelines and country‑specific needs. Communicate “why this matters educationally”, in a way that informs decisions for non‑pedagogical audiences, from teams to leadership. Formal Qualifications Strong understanding of learning mechanisms and how AI can support or undermine them. Scientific approach and the ability to distinguish between proven, promising and unsupported evidence, with clear reasoning and appropriate humility about limits. Proven ability to translate pedagogical principles into product requirements and acceptance criteria. Skilled in defining learning‑outcome metrics, as well as guardrails that detect harm or misuse. Practical understanding of how to work with LLMs to get reliable, intended outputs. Experience evaluating AI tools from a pedagogical perspective, and to integrate AI into the educational workflow.
