This role combines empathy and conflict resolution within the fields of Spanish labor law and tax compliance.This is not just a role — You will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our people are managed with absolute transparency and care.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Labor AdvisoryAct as the go-to expert for complex labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions).Prepare documentation for labor inspections and manage conciliation processes (SMAC).End-to-End Payroll ExcellenceExecute multi-agreement (multiconvenio) payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements (finiquitos).Master the application of different collective agreements, salary tables, and regulatory updates.Public Administration & Tax SyncSeamless management of the Sistema RED (hires/terminations), Delt@/SILTRA (IT/AT parts), and Contrat@.Calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax and accounting departments.RequirementsHard SkillsDegree in Labor Relations, HR, or Law.
