This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partnerships Director in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale enterprise growth within a fast-moving, impact-driven environment. You will own significant revenue targets while building and expanding high-value partnerships across enterprise, public sector, and foundation clients. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you will engage senior decision-makers and shape tailored solutions that align client objectives with long-term growth. The position blends strategic selling, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver complex, customized partnerships. This is a high-impact role suited for leaders who thrive in dynamic, unstructured settings and are motivated by both scale and purpose. Accountabilities: Own and deliver a seven-figure revenue target, generating a significant portion of new pipeline through outbound and network-driven efforts Identify, engage, and close new enterprise, multinational, public sector, and foundation partners while expanding and renewing existing accounts Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior executives, positioning partnership solutions at a strategic level Lead the creation and negotiation of complex, multi-stakeholder proposals, budgets, and commercial agreements Collaborate closely with product and program teams to co-design customized solutions aligned with partner goals Maintain full ownership of the assigned market, maximizing opportunities for new business and
