Verifique que posee las habilidades necesarias antes de enviar una solicitud.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of festival fans, ensuring they receive clear information and excellent support before, during, and after their event experience.You will support festivals such as elrow, Sónar, Arenal Sound and Resurrection Fest, working closely with internal teams and ticketing partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.Act as the first point of contact for festival visitors and ticket buyersHandle customer enquiries via email and social media direct messagesSupport customers with ticket-related questions using the Bleep Ticketing platformWork closely with festival brands and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficientlyExcellent written communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and EnglishExperience in customer service, support, or hospitalityComfortable working with digital tools such as ticketing systems, CRM tools and social media platformsInterest in music, festivals, or live events is a strong plusA dynamic role in the international festival and live events industryOpportunity to support some of Europe's most iconic festivalsSuperstruct Entertainment is a live entertainment group, with 60+ festivals, events and live tours throughout Europe and Australia. The Digital Iberian service team is responsible for the succesful rollout of Bleep, the in-house ticketing system, across all Spanish events that are part of Superstruct Spain.
