As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will connect with prospective customers, promote and upsell products and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams Stay current with training, updates, and system changes Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations Candidate Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to type 20+ words per minute Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Windows operating systems Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Team player with strong interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Performance and loyalty bonuses Health, dental, and vision coverage (HMO, dependent and supervisor/manager tiers) Dental coverage and in‑house dental assistance worth ₱5,000 Free meals during training Allowances for rice, clothing, laundry and meals Employee shuttle services Company retreats and off‑site events Regular workplace cleaning and hygiene protocols Recognition gifts, raffles, and in‑office rewards Career growth and learning opportunities Opportunities for promotion and advancement Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally need to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, and move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
