We are currently looking for an Organizational Change Manager to lead a Microsoft ERP implementation project.Start: April 2026Duration: 9 Month Initial ContractLocation: Hybrid - remote with 3 days per week onsite in Salamanca, Spain (Expenses covered)Languages: English and Spanish speakingType: Contract/FreelanceRole/ResponsibilitiesProven experience as an Organizational Change ManagerExperience within Finance functions are highly desirable, particularly across cash collection, cash management, banking, and taxesSupport the business in assessing and managing change impacts across the programmeLead and contribute to the creation of training materials, with potential involvement in deliveryWork closely with business stakeholders and end users to drive adoption and engagementSupport the migration of multiple legacy systems into Microsoft Business CentreCoordinate meetings and support System Integrator (SI) activities across the project lifecycleProvide hands‑on support to ensure smooth transition and user readinessWould you be interested?
