You will also provide execution support across all areas of marketing to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for brand, grounded in consumer and customer insightsAccountable for the delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results, and actively manage budget itemsManage brand equity through successful deployment and localization of global toolkitsDrive innovation strategy through flawless execution of global innovation vision boardManage agency and cross-functional relationships to deliver breakthrough results, ensuring that the region’s needs are addressed within the global matrixDrive superior execution of programs and plans to bring the brand strategies to life, including for media, creative development, and digital programsCollaborate with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and in-store supportDrive accountability, tracking results on key brand and programs, recommending course correction as necessary based on performance versus Key Performance IndicatorsMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 7 years Brand marketing experience in Consumer Products.Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and brand share growthExperience in large scale new product launches; collaboration with global teams; delivering results in a matrix organizationExperience working in a matrix environment, partnering with different cross‑functional stakeholders.English & Spanish requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in leading people in both project‑based and day‑to‑day situationsStrong financial capabilities and business acumenExperience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentAbility to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demandsEUR 59.118,00 - EUR 81.287,80 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
