And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.Improve the efficiency and quality of the production process with TPM methodology, together with the Production, Technical, Engineering/Maintenance and Quality Departments.Job Dimensions & ScopePart of a 7-BU local teamDirect reporting line to Opex Manager.Principal AccountabilitiesImplementation of Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production.Application of methodologies of Analysis and problem solving.Training for members of the production teams.Leadership and/or support in improvement meetings.Data Analysis.Implementation of minor projects and reapplication of improvements.Qualifications/RequirementsFormal Qualifitacions and Experience needed:2-3 years in similar position in Continuous Process Industry, or Food.Advanced English (B2).Office, Power BI, SAP.Desirable Technical Competencies:Knowledge of TPM/IWS.Project management,Change management,Root cause analysis.Formal Qualifitacions and Experience desirable:Knowledge of Maintenance.Knowledge of Food Quality and Safety.Design of experiments.Digital knowledge / Power-bi.Valuable experience in PowerBI, SAPSpecific Skills and Abilities:Teamwork.Agility in learning.Adaptation to changing environments.Results-oriented.Customer orientation.Other important informationIncorporation into a multidisciplinary Team during the implementation of the TPM/IWS work methodology, coinciding with Investment and Innovation activity. xqbhyrx It is necessary to have your own vehicle, as AF Alzira is not served by public transport.#J-18808-Ljbffr
