Overview
In this role you lead the Execution Readiness process for wind project execution, aligning cross-functional teams to prepare for handover to construction leadership. You shape operations strategies, manage the readiness tasks from suppliers to site, and ensure timely procurement, resources, and material delivery. You drive continuous improvement within the department and support transversal company initiatives. You thrive working in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment to enable on-time project delivery.
ResponsabilidadesCoordinate primary value-chain activities across Planning, Logistics & MM, I&C, Concrete Towers and BOP as applicableManage and execute the Execution Readiness processOversee coordination from plant/supplier to site for Execution Readiness tasksIdentify budget and schedule deviations and develop alternativesEnsure timely resource availability (tools, cranes, personnel)Ensure main components and direct supplies are defined, manufactured and delivered on timeOversee contract elaboration, purchase requisitions and purchase orders aligned with project needsDeploy and hand over customer and internal requirements to the Project Team during Execution PhaseProvide back-office support to the project during site executionReport and support Project Manager on operations-related needsImprove existing processes and contribute to new process creationSupport transversal programs (Cost Of Energy, Continuous Improvement, lessons learned, Strategy Optimization)
Requisitos principalesBachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline5–7 years of wind industry experienceMaster in Project Management and/or PMP certification (complementary training)Proven ability to complete large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication and leadership skillsOrganizational, planning, and analytic capabilitiesWillingness to travelFluent in English (written and spoken)committedproactiveexcellent written and oral communicationWordPowerPointExcel
