To be successful in this role you don't have to have worked in a Data Center previously or in an IT related role. If you are a proven people manager, with success of developing a team through change and ambiguity, then this could be the role for you.Key job responsibilities- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth- Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions- Manage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance- Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategiesA day in the lifeYour day will be dynamic and impactful, where you'll collaborate with cutting-edge engineering teams, solve complex technical challenges, and transform how we design and manage data center ecosystems.
