This role sits in a fast-paced environment working closely with top-tier talent.What you’ll be doing:* Organize and execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities.* Track and report operational performance metrics, proactively flagging risks or SLA deviations.* Support new operational and technology initiatives, contributing to development, testing, rollouts, and follow-up activities.* Work closely with all other teams across the organization, acting as a first line of support to solve issues and ensure smooth operations.
