Working with international peers, you will ignite transformation, challenge inefficiencies, and embed a culture where continuous improvement becomes second nature.What you'll achieve:Drive Transformation at ScaleYou will lead the design and implementation of Lean Manufacturing strategies that drive operational excellence, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver measurable business impactHunt for Waste, Champion Efficiency:You will proactively identify improvement opportunities across operations, leading cross-functional initiatives focused on waste elimination, productivity enhancement, and value creation.Lead from the FrontlineYou will provide strong leadership to production teams, setting clear priorities, resolving challenges, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies. Acting as a true change agent, you will lead Gemba walks, promote innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability.Turn Data into ActionYou will establish, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), transforming operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive continuous performance improvement at all levels of the organization.Empower and Develop High-Performing TeamsYou will lead, coach, and develop team members, strengthening capabilities, aligning priorities, and encouraging ownership of results. In addition, you will optimize workforce allocation, enhance team versatility, and simplify and standardize processes to maximize operational performance.Build Strong Partnerships Across the Value ChainYou will collaborate closely with engineering, production, sales, purchasing, and other key functions to embed Lean principles across the organization. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and driving value throughout the entire value chain.Who You Are:Lean & Continuous Improvement Expert: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar) with strong knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.At least 5 years of proven experience driving Lean initiatives.
